This is a lovely pasta salad side dish which can be made with leftover ham. You can also make it the night before but don't add the tomatoes until ready to serve.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6

    • 2 cups spiral pasta (fusilli)
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
    • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes

Great pasta salad! I made it according to the recipe the first time--the second time I added sliced mushrooms and a little more garlic, yum. Thanks Jill.  -  19 Aug 2005  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

I left out the tomatoes and parsley. Still tasty. Next time I will add the dill weed as someone else suggested.  -  11 Dec 2007  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
