    Red snapper fillets with a citrus twist. Very quick and easy to prepare, a great base recipe you can tweak as you like.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 4 (100g) fillets red snapper
    • 1 orange, juiced
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Heat oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Arrange fillets in the frypan and drizzle with orange juice and lemon juice. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
