Devilled eggs made with salad cream that are spiked with a kick of curry powder then dusted with paprika to garnish make a tasty starter to any party.


Serves: 4 

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon salad cream or mayo
  • curry powder, to taste
  • paprika, to garnish

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Peel and halve the eggs lengthways. Take out the yolk carefully and place in a bowl. Add salad cream and curry powder to taste. Add more salad cream if needed to achieve your desired consistency. With a small spoon, divide the yolk mixture and place back into the 8 whites. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish, if desired.
