    A decadent grilled crab entree that is loaded with tasty cheese and crab. Piled on party pumpernickel then grilled until golden brown. Tantalise your taste buds.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup minced red onion
    • 1 cup grated tasty cheese
    • 1 cup crab meat
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 (500g) loaf sliced pumpernickel partry bread
    • lemon pepper, to taste

    1. Preheat your oven's griller.
    2. Stir together mayonnaise, onion, cheddar, crab meat, mustard, and garlic powder.
    3. Arrange bread slices on a baking tray. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each slice. Sprinkle the bread slice liberally with lemon pepper spice (this is the key ingredient, so don't be shy with the spice!).
    4. Grill for less than two minutes.
