An unbelievably simple way to prepare fish, and so tasty! If you want you can soak the fish in milk and lemon juice for a couple of hours to reduce the 'fishy' taste.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4

    • 1 kg white fish fillets
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
    • 1 tablespoon dill
    • 1 teaspoon mustard powder

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Place fish in a baking dish. In a medium bowl mix together mayonnaise, grated Cheddar cheese, dill and mustard. Spread cheese mixture over fish. Sprinkle more dill on top if you like.
    3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until fish is done and cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

really simple. Used garlic mayonnaise which added an extra flavour kick, try your favourite mayonnaise not just plain and see what you can do. - 07 Jul 2015
