Marshmallow Cornflake Slice

    This is even tastier than the similar sweet which uses rice bubbles. So easy to make it's fun for kids to do. You can also add chocolate chips if you want.

    Serves: 20 

    • 60g butter
    • 30 marshmallows
    • 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
    • 1 cup shredded coconut
    • 3 1/2 cups cornflakes

    Preparation:15min  ›  Extra time:30min resting  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. Combine the butter and marshmallows in a medium saucepan.
    2. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until melted.
    3. Stir in the toasted almonds and cornflakes.
    4. Press into a 20x30cm cake tin and let sit for 1/2 hour.
    5. Cut into squares and enjoy!
