    I love this refreshing and healthy smoothie, the pears, vanilla yoghurt and cinnamon make this taste fantastic.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 pears, quartered and cores removed
    • 1 banana, cut in chunks
    • 1 cup (250ml) milk
    • 1/2 cup (125ml) vanilla yoghurt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

    1. Place the pears, banana, milk, yoghurt, cinnamon and nutmeg into a blender.
    2. Cover and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
