    The traditional beef patties base is combined with Italian sausage and chilli sauce to create a flavoursome burger patty ideal for your next BBQ.

    Serves: 8 

    • 750g beef mince
    • 250g Italian sausage
    • 1/3 cup (85ml) tomato based chilli sauce
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

    1. Preheat a BBQ for high heat. When the BBQ is hot lightly oil the grate.
    2. In a medium bowl mix together the beef mince, Italian sausage, chilli sauce, salt and pepper. Form 8 balls out of the meat and flatten into patties.
    3. BBQ patties for 5 minutes per side or until well done. Serve on buns with your favourite toppings.
