Cheesy Salmon and Pasta Bake

This is an easy dinner that bakes salmon in the oven then combines it with a pre-made Alfredo sauce and cooked spiral pasta.


Serves: 8 

  • 1 (500g) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 500g salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 500g spiral pasta
  • 185g Parmesan cheese, grated

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Heat Alfredo sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Place salmon in a baking dish. Mix the lemon juice and vinegar in a small bowl and pour over the salmon. Season with basil and parsley.
  4. Bake salmon for 15 minutes in the preheated oven until easily flaked with a fork. Remove from heat and break into bite sized pieces.
  5. Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and place in a large bowl.
  6. Gently toss the salmon, pasta and Alfredo sauce together in the large bowl. Serve with the Parmesan cheese.
