Raisin Cherry Loaf
This is a lovely fruity bread that can be made in the bread machine. Lovely served warm with butter or cream.
Ingredients

- 200ml milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 400g strong bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
- 75g dried cherries
- 75g raisins

- Place the milk, butter, brown sugar, egg, salt, cinnamon, yeast and bread flour into the pan of a bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the white bread cycle.
- About 5 minutes before the end of the mixing process, add the dried fruit. If your bread machine has a fruit setting, use that.
