    Who said eating healthy had to taste or look bad. These are great party food that are super healthy and carb free.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 large carrot, sliced diagonally into 6mm thick slices
    • 1 (185g) tin tuna packed in water, drained
    • 3 spring onions, diced
    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

    1. Arrange slices of carrot on a plate or serving tray.
    2. In a small bowl mix together the tuna, spring onions and mayonnaise.
    3. Spoon some mixture onto each slice of carrot and serve immediately.
