    This is a great pasta salad or side dish, we even eat it while it is still warm. Pasta is combined with tomato, cucumber, feta in an Italian dressing.

    Serves: 8 

    • 500g farfalle (bow tie) pasta
    • 1 large fresh tomato, diced
    • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
    • 125g feta cheese, crumbled
    • 1/4 cup (60ml) Italian salad dressing
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

    1. Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Place the pasta into the saucepan then cook 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
    2. In a bowl toss the cooked pasta with the tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, Italian dressing and oregano.
