This is an easy and wonderfully tasty sultana cake. Initially the sultanas are boiled which creates a nice soft fruit that some other versions of sultana cakes don't have.

Very yummy cake. I was short on sultanas and had frozen cranberries I had no idea how to use. I replaced half of the sultanas with frozen cranberries. Absolutely delicious!!! - 03 Jan 2017
