Tuna and Pea Pasta Bake

This is a great and filling recipe that is very easy to throw together. The potato chips give the bake a crunchy crust.

I made some easy variations to the recipe. I doulbed the mushrooms and added about 2/3 cup of reduced fat sour cream. It made it very creamy. It's the best tuna casserole I've ever made and the family loves it!

I loved it. My picky husband Liked it. I also added celery and green pepper. Instead of potato chips I used Italian style bread crumbs with ramano cheese in melted butter.

Very good. Flavors were great. Not cooking the onion before putting in the casserole leaves it some 'bite'. Used fine bread crumbs instead of potato chips and was delicious. Didn't have any mushrooms to add, but didn't miss them at all; the soup gives more than enough flavor. However, it wasn't quite as good as a leftover.
