    2. Meanwhile, in a large non-stick frypan heat oil over medium-high heat, add onion and cook for 2 minutes or until softened.
    3. Add turkey mince and cook until no pink remains; about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in green capsicum, corn, chilli powder, dried oregano, salt, tomato puree and BBQ sauce.
    4. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until slightly thickened; about 3 to 4 minutes stirring occasionally.

Good one for kids to make.  -  21 Mar 2011

Altered ingredient amounts. I don't think it needed 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon is enough :D  -  21 Mar 2011

Very easy, took about 40 minutes. Definately use cumin when cooking the turkey, maybe even some of the chili powder. I added some red pepper flakes, we like it hot, and could have used more. Also consider using a jalepano. If you double the turkey, be sure to add more onion, tomato sauce (or one 6oz can tomato paste with a full can of water,) bbq sauce, corn and green bell pepper. I used whole wheat pasta and couldn't even tell. It was excellent! My fiance had 3 servings, and there was leftovers!  -  09 Mar 2007  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
