Salmon is a delicious fish which is great prepared fairly simply, in this recipe with Dijon mustard and breadcrumbs.

Absolutely scrumptious! The pre marinated salmon fillets are expensive so I bought plain fillets and tried this recipe. My fussy partner who is so so about salon really like it. I'll definitely make it again but I'll try Rebecca's suggestion below to get a crispy topping. - 11 Jun 2017
We eat this all the time. Here is my tip, melt the butter in a sauce pan and then add the breadcrumbs. Stir for about one minute and then put onto the Salmon. This makes the topping crunchy and the butter is more evenly spread. - 21 Jan 2008 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
