    This is an easy way to cook ham, it is sealed in a roasting bag with a can of coke then cooked over a low temperature.

    Serves: 30 

    • 5kg pre-cooked ham
    • 375ml can of coke

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:4hours  ›  Ready in:4hours10min 

    1. Preheat oven to 135 degrees C.
    2. Remove any visible excess fat from ham. Place the ham in a large turkey roasting oven bag and place in a baking dish.
    3. Pour coke over ham then remove as much air as possible and seal bag.
    4. Prick a few holes in bag to let steam escape and bake for 4 to 5 hours. Pour off excess juice and slice.
