    Perfect finger food for a party the fish can be wrapped in bacon then put aside until needed, quickly grilled then served.

    Serves: 36 

    • 18 rashers bacon, cut in half
    • 750g boneless white fish, cubed
    • 1 pinch ground black pepper, to taste
    • 18 toothpicks

    1. Cook bacon in a large frypan over medium-high heat until just beginning to brown but still soft. Set aside until cooled enough to handle.
    2. Preheat your oven's grill.
    3. Season the fish with pepper. Wrap one piece of bacon around each cube of fish and secure with a toothpick. Place on a baking tray.
    4. Grill for about 5 minutes turning once until fish is cooked through and bacon is crisp. Transfer to a platter and serve warm.
