Lemon bars make a great snack, lunch box dessert or finger food dessert. This version is easy to make and tastes great.

I was disappointed with mine, I followed all the instructions and the bars at the sides/corner of the tin had a nice chewy lemon topping but the rest of it didn't. And by the next day it was seeping syrup out of it and making them all mushy - 31 Aug 2012
Was very easy to make, although I used my fingers instead of a fork (like when making a crumble), and tasted very nice. It was liked very much by the whole family, thank you. - 09 Jul 2012
