Pasta with Pork Mince, Tomatoes and Olives

This is a favourite with my family; fairly simple but with good flavours and filling too. Super quick and easy.


Serves: 6 

  • 500g uncooked spaghetti or pasta
  • 600g pork mince
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup of kalamata olives, drained and sliced
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or till done to taste; drain.
  2. Place sausage in a large, deep frypan. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown; drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together cooked sausage, spaghetti, tomatoes, olives and grated cheese. Serve.
