This is a very easy apple cake that uses a very thin batter with fresh vanilla. The batter is then combined with thinly sliced apples before baking.
This recipe is pretty good. My apple cake turned out very tasty indeed. Very sweet, and the vanilla compliments the apple perfectly. Note, that if you use a 30cm tin, this comes out very flat, like a pizza. Well, it did for me. It is pretty easy to prepare, although peeling and slicing the apples takes patience.
