Homemade chocolate clusters packed with almonds or nuts of your choice make a great snack or food gift.
Makes: 24 bites, depending on size
50g white chocolate
50g milk chocolate
50g dark chocolate
75g margarine, divided into thirds
100g almonds or other nuts, divided into thirds
Extra time:3hours curing ›
- Coarsely chop almonds (or other nuts).
- Melt each chocolate separately in a double boiler with 1/3 margarine. Stir in 1/3 nuts into each chocolate.
- Using a teaspoon, place small mounds onto a well greased sheet of foil. Let set.
