Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
Sometimes you need something a little different to break-up the normality of your favourites. This is a hot chocolate that I have about once a month.

1/2 chocolate bar with a minimum of 70% cocoa
200ml full cream milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon crème fraiche, optional
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Add milk and stir.
- Add cinnamon and pepper then mix well.
- Add the crème fraiche if desired. Serve hot.
