Easy Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate fondue is so simple and you don't need any special equipment, just prepare in a double boiler and serve in individual bowls.

Ingredients

Serves: 4 

  • 200g plain chocolate
  • 100ml thickened cream
  • pieces of fruit: strawberries, pineapple, raspberries, banana, etc.

Directions

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add cream and mix well. Pour into small individual bowls. (Alternatively melt in a fondue pot.)
  2. Skewer fruits with fondue skewers and dip into the chocolate.
