Easy Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate fondue is so simple and you don't need any special equipment, just prepare in a double boiler and serve in individual bowls.
200g plain chocolate
100ml thickened cream
pieces of fruit: strawberries, pineapple, raspberries, banana, etc.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add cream and mix well. Pour into small individual bowls. (Alternatively melt in a fondue pot.)
- Skewer fruits with fondue skewers and dip into the chocolate.
