Ham Baguette

    Sometimes simplicity creates the best food. This is an easy ham roll using a baguette and cornicons. A common lunch box favourite in our house.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1/2 of a crusty baguette
    • 1 slice of cooked ham
    • sea salted butter, to taste
    • 5 cornichons or small gherkins, sliced

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Cut the baguette in half lengthways and butter each half.
    2. Cut ham to fit baguette.
    3. Add cornichons and close baguette.
