An unexpected favourite this Chinese style savoury pork omelette is great as a lunch meal or side dish in a multi dish Chinese meal.
250g pork mince
salt, to taste
ground white pepper, to taste
sesame oil, to taste
cooking oil, as needed
- Whisk the eggs in a big bowl. Add the minced pork, salt, white pepper and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan there being enough to just cover the bottom then heat.
- Add the egg mixture. Swirl the frying pan to cover the bottom evenly with the egg mixture.
- Fry one side until golden brown then flip and cook the other side. Transfer to a plate and serve.
