Pork fillets are wonderful simmered in a marinade of honey, ginger and Chinese five spice. Serve with freshly cooked rice, if desired.
First time making this, I only marinated for 15 minutes as had no time. As a healthier alternative, I used 3 tablespoons of cold pressed organic coconut oil instead of the vegetable oil and I don't use bags to marinate, just a dish, bags are messy. Totally Yummeee! This is such an easy dish and totally scrummy! I didn't have a bag so put it in a dish covered with plastic wrap in the morning and cooked it for dinner, really good. - 14 Aug 2013
