Torta, quiche, fritatta...... it's an egg in pastry shell dish, with no pastry top on it. Call it what you like. It's tasty and easily adaptable to ingredients in your fridge. Cheap and very easy to make for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy!
Use leftover vegetables , chopped up and added to the fry pan mixture.
