Make sure the chicken is not frozen. If they are coming straight from the fridge or freezer, I found it helpful to defrost them first in the microwave so they dont take too long to cook in the oven.
Nice, but not exciting enough for me. I like my food very spicy. Next time, I'd add some cayenne pepper, turmeric and some salt (maybe even garlic salt). - 30 Jul 2012
Cut down on spices and added garlic, tumeric and saffron, bout 1/2-3/4 of each and half teaspoon garlic flakes, good basic recipe - 03 Nov 2012
