Chilli Barbecued Beef

    This is a great beef dish where all the flavours are added after the beef is barbecued including fish sauce, lime, garlic and lots of chilli.

    Serves: 4 

    • 300g beef, tender cut
    • 2 teaspoons palm sugar
    • 3-4 tablespoons fish sauce
    • 2-3 limes, juiced
    • 10-15 chillies, sliced
    • 4 cloves garlic, diced

    1. Barbecue the beef until done to your liking. For this salad it is best cooked until medium or rosy inside.
    2. While the beef is resting mix together the palm sugar, fish sauce and lime juice.
    3. Slice the beef and toss with the dressing.
    4. Add the chillies and garlic then toss again.
    5. Place on a platter and serve.
