This is a quick spring onion salad from Korea known as 'Pamuchim'. The spring onions are well washed before being dressed with a soy sauce, red chilli powder and pepper mixture.
I love having this side dish when I eat kalbi. This is the exact recipe that my mom uses and it's the best! One thing I will mention is to make sure the green onions are completely dry before you start adding anything to it.
