    This is a cheap, quick and easy tuna quiche that I like to make during the week when I don't have much time.

    Serves: 4 

    • 100g tuna, tinned
    • 1 shortcrust pastry sheet
    • 3 eggs
    • 3 tablespoons cream
    • 1 tablespoon milk
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 150g grated cheese
    • 1 tomato, finely sliced
    • 1 teaspoon vinegar

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Line a pie dish with the shortcrust pastry sheet then prick the entire pastry sheet with a fork.
    2. Spread the mustard all over the pastry shell then evenly add the tuna.
    3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl then mix with the cream and milk. Add salt, pepper and vinegar.
    4. Pour the mixture onto the pie shell.
    5. Add the thin slices of tomatoes then sprinkle with the grated cheese.
    6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C and cook for 30 minutes.
