This is a traditional cheese fondue using wine and three cheeses. By cutting the bread two hours before it gives it time to firm up and is easier to dip.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
250g cheese per person, choose 3 cheeses e.g. Comte, Beaufort and Gruyere
4 cloves of garlic
25ml white wine per person
1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
1 pinch ground nutmeg, to taste
1 small glass of brandy
1 loaf bread, cut into small pieces about two hours before serving
