    This takes a simple premade apple sorbet and boosts it with apple brandy and fresh apple. Ideal for a palate cleanser or dessert.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1/2 litre apple sorbet
    • 1 tablespoon Calvados or apple brandy per person
    • 1 apple, sliced

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

    1. Get 4 glasses. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of apple sorbet to each glass.
    2. Pour 1 tablespoon of calvados into each glass.
    3. Serve immediately with a slice of apple on each glass to decorate.
