This is an easy way to ensure that there is something for everyone to eat, with eight choices of meat and seafood there is something for everyone.


Serves: 12 

  • 200g scallops
  • 200g prawns
  • 250g salmon
  • 250g sea bream fillets
  • 250g beef fillet
  • 250g pork fillet
  • 250g veal fillet
  • 250g duck breasts
  • 5 parsley stalks, to decorate

Preparation:25min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. With a sharp knife cut the meat, poultry and fish into very thin slices (about 3 mm thick). Remove the head of the prawns.
  2. Arrange on two large serving dishes. Garnish with parsley. Serve with various sauces and a potato salad.
