This is a great recipe featuring fresh asparagus. It is baked with olive oil then served with a drizzle balsamic vinegar.


Serves: 4 

  • 1kg asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch white pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Arrange the asparagus in a baking dish. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and bake at 220 degrees C for 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Pour on the vinegar just before serving.
