These are so simple to make and wonderful to eat. If you are making lots for a party or function then it is easier to use a piping pag to fill the eggs rather that using a spoon.
6 eggs, hard boiled
1 teaspoon Keen's curry powder
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch salt, to taste
- Cut the eggs in half longwise. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, curry powder, cream, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix well.
- Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture using a teaspoon. Serve chilled.
