Curry Eggs

    These are so simple to make and wonderful to eat. If you are making lots for a party or function then it is easier to use a piping pag to fill the eggs rather that using a spoon.

    Serves: 8 

    • 6 eggs, hard boiled
    • 30g mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon Keen's curry powder
    • 20g cream
    • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 pinch salt, to taste

    1. Cut the eggs in half longwise. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl.
    2. Add the mayonnaise, curry powder, cream, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix well.
    3. Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture using a teaspoon. Serve chilled.
