    Hot stone grills are a fun way to cook food with your friends and family. If you don't have a hot stone you can use a Teppanyaki Grill.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 400g steak, cut into strips about 3mm thick
    • 350g chicken breasts, cut into strips about 3mm thick
    • 350g pork fillet, cut into strips about 3mm thick
    • 1 yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips
    • 1 red capsicum cut into thin strips
    • 1 green capsicum, cut into thin strips
    • 300g cherry tomatoes, yellow and red
    • 300g white close cup mushrooms, cut into thin strips
    • 1 red onion, sliced
    • 1 yellow onion, sliced
    • 5 small pickled onions
    • 5 cornichons or small gherkins, to decorate
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Arrange all ingredients on one or two serving dishes and garnish with the pickled onions and cornichons.
    2. Heat the hot stone grill for 30 minutes before dinner. Sprinkle the stone with salt, that way the meat won't stick to the stone. Add more salt to the stone throughout dinner.
    3. Let your guests cook their own meat and vegetables then dip what they just cooked into the sauce of their choice.
