It is always nice to get a new spice or flavour into your barbecues and I found that with these wonderful Caribbean chicken wings.

Ingredients
Serves: 5
- 10 chicken wings, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Caribbean curry spice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 50g fresh parsley leaves, diced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil

- Mix all ingredients together and set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat the BBQ and cook the chicken wings on both sides until golden; about 10 minutes.
