Stir Fried Beef and Capsicum

    This is a very simple and quick stir fried beef and red capsicum dish, if you don't have a wok you can cook it is a frypan.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 large onion, diced
    • 2 red capsicums, cut into strips
    • 500g beef, finely sliced
    • 1 teaspoon allspice
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely diced

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
    2. Add the onions to the wok and cook until translucent.
    3. Add the red capsicums and beef to the wok then cook for about 7 minutes.
    4. Add the allspice and soy sauce then stir and cook for 1 more minute.
    5. Sprinkle with the diced parsley.

    Don't let the lack of ingredients fool you into thinking it lacks in taste......... It is delicious . I have some fussy eaters in our house and everyone loves it . I tend to chop up every thing the night before it's required so that when I get in from work the next day I fling it together and it's ready in about ten mins.
