These are a quick and easy finger food; filo triangles are filled with a spinach and ricotta then baked in an oven. They have Greek origins as a 'Spanakopita' where feta is used in lieu of ricotta cheese.

Very nice. I also added roasted almond slivers inside the filo and sesame seeds on top. Will definitely cook this again

i loved it! i also added feta cheese which added abit of saltiness to it.
