Rosemary provides a wonderful flavour to the potatoes creating a great side dish for your favourite casseroles and roasts.


Serves: 4 

  • 1kg potatoes, unpeeled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig, leaves only

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour10min 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Add the potatoes to an ovenproof pan.
  3. Stir in the olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add the rosemary leaves.
  6. Cook in the oven for at least an hour (one hour and a half if you have time).
