Creamy Iced Tea

    I could never work out how the Thia's got their tea and coffee so thick, it is because they use condensed milk, this is an iced tea popular in Thailand.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 2 tablespoons Thai black tea
    • 1 cup (250ml) water
    • 50ml condensed sweetened milk, to taste

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Boil the water in a saucepan. Add the tea to the water and leave to steep with the lid on for 10 minutes.
    2. Strain through a coffee filter.
    3. Serve over ice with sweetened condensed milk, to taste.
