Pasta with Garlic, Parsley and Chilli

    This is an awesome back up dish for when you don't have time or ingredients for anything else; some fresh parsley and everything else comes from the cupboard.

    Serves: 2 

    • 200g spaghetti or other pasta
    • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
    • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
    • ½ bunch fresh parsley, diced
    • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • parmesan cheese, grated, to serve

    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Mix with the hot spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper and serve with freshly grated parmesan.
    2. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salt water according to packet instructions, drain and rinse with hot water.
    3. In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a deep frypan and fry the garlic in the hot oil. Add the parsley and the chilli powder.
