Mix the garlic and salt in a small bowl with a spoon until a paste forms. Rub it over the meat on all sides.
Place the beef in a roasting tray and roast in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes until the meat is brown and crisp on the outside and the inside is cooked to your liking.
If you are unsure, simply cut the meat and if it is still too raw put it back in the oven for a few more minutes.
