This is a really quick meal to prepare that the kids love. Thin pork fillets are baked with cream and cheese to create a flavoursome meat that can be served with vegetables.


Serves: 4 

  • 4 pork fillet
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
  • 400ml cream
  • 4 heaped tablespoons flour
  • 200g Swiss cheese, grated

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:1hour 

  1. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees C and grease a baking tray with butter.
  2. Beat the pork cutlets thin then rub lightly with salt and pepper. Place on the prepared baking tray.
  3. Mix cream with flour and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the pork then sprinkle the grated cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
