These pancakes are based on quark cheese and baked not fried so you save on the butter and fat. Delicious with jam.
40g quark cheese
6 tablespoons mineral water
1 pinch salt
20g plain flour
- Mix the quark, water, salt and egg with a whisk. Then stir in the flour and let the batter stand for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
- Stir once and pour batter into the centre of the baking tray.
- Shape the batter into a rectangle (not too thin!). Bake in preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.
