These pancakes are based on quark cheese and baked not fried so you save on the butter and fat. Delicious with jam.


Serves: 1 

  • 40g quark cheese
  • 6 tablespoons mineral water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 20g plain flour

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Mix the quark, water, salt and egg with a whisk. Then stir in the flour and let the batter stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  3. Stir once and pour batter into the centre of the baking tray.
  4. Shape the batter into a rectangle (not too thin!). Bake in preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.
