This is a quick and tasty meal for during the week. Ham is combined with sautéed leeks and cream in a rich pasta sauce.


Serves: 2 

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 500g leeks
  • 125ml beef stock
  • 250ml cream
  • 200g cooked ham
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions; drain.
  2. In the meantime wash the leeks well and slice thinly. Boil for 5 minutes in the stock. Add cream and cook for another 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the ham into thin strips and add to the sauce.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve over the pasta.
