Finger food salad! Apple, gorgonzola and celery is made into a filling for individual endive leaves. Very fancy.


Serves: 20 

  • 1 apple, cored and finely diced
  • 180g Gorgonzola or other blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 sticks celery, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 small endives
  • 125g roasted hazelnuts, chopped

Preparation:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. To make the stuffing mix the apples, gorgonzola, celery, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt.
  2. Break apart the endives then wash and shake dry. Arrange the leaves on a plate in a fan.
  3. Spoon the filling onto the endive leaves and sprinkle with the roasted hazelnuts.
