Potatoes with Rosemary

This produces a wonderful baked potato that can be eaten alone, as a side dish or combined with a salad.


Serves: 4 

  • 1kg new potatoes
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • olive oil, to taste
  • 2-3 sprigs rosemary, diced

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut into approximately 5mm thick slices or small pieces. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper then drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle the rosemary over the top.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.
